100 pilates classes club

Movement is Life update: I took a Pilates class every single day in July just to earn free socks and sign the 100 classes board. I'm proud of this small win! I'm now in my fourth year of a consistent movement practice, and I couldn’t be prouder of this version of me—the me who wakes up daily and prioritizes movement, whether it's walking, yoga, running, Pilates, cycling or hiking.
