392 Days of Daily Movement

Winter days are here. Daily movement these days are in rhythm with the slowness and coziness of the season. Most days I am on a reformer in Pilates class rebuilding my core or taking a slow 30 minutes morning walk while listening to the book Moby Dick on audible.

After my movement practice, I find a couple minutes to sit with a blanket, sip on a cup of tea and read Mary Oliver’s poetry which has been a treasure to discover.
