I've been running everyday for 30 days

No struggle bus sentiments to report. It’s been relatively easy to prioritize my run each morning. In the last 30 days, I have:

  • run a total of 40 miles;

  • averaged at least 1 mile per day;

  • completed the Frosty 3 Miler race (achieving a pace record); and

  • shaved off an average of 1.5 to 2 minutes off my mile pace.

I find myself digging into this run streak. In fact, I am in “protect the run streak” at all cost mode. At this point, giving up will not happen because of laziness, lack of commitment, or trivial pursuits. I am all in.
